چکیده

In the title compound, [Cu(C(7)H(3)NO(4))(C(6)H(6)N(2)O)(H(2)O)], the coordination geometry of the Cu(II) atom can be described as distorted square pyramidal. The basal plane is defined by one N atom and two O atoms from the deprotonated pyridine-2,6-dicarboxyl-ate ligand, and a pyridyl N atom from the 4-pyridyl aldoxime ligand. The apical position is occupied by a water mol-ecule. O-H⋯O hydrogen bonds lead to the formation of a two-dimensional network.

In the title Cu(II) complex, [Cu(C(7)H(3)NO(4))(C(6)H(5)NO(2))(H(2)O)]·H(2)O, the environment of the Cu(2+) ion is a distorted square pyramid with the axial site occupied by the O atom from the coordinated water mol-ecule and the square base formed by two O and two N atoms from the tridentate anion and the neutral monodentate pyridine-3-carboxylic acid ligand. O-H⋯O hydrogen bonds, as well as π...

Aqua(1H-benzimidazole-κN 3)(pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylato-κ3 O 2,N,O 6)copper(II) 0.75-hydrate

The title complex, [Cu(C(7)H(3)NO(4))(C(7)H(6)N(2))(H(2)O)]·0.75H(2)O, consists of discrete monomeric units. The Cu(II) atom is coordinated by two carboxyl-ate O atoms and the N atom from a dipicolinate unit and by an N atom from a benzimidazole ligand. The distorted square-pyramidal geometry is completed by a longer axial bond to the O atom of a water mol-ecule. The mol-ecular structure and pa...

Aqua[1-(4-carboxyphenyl)-1H-imidazole-κN 3](pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylato-κ3 O 2,N,O 6)copper(II) monohydrate

In the title complex, [Cu(C(7)H(3)NO(4))(C(10)H(8)N(2)O(2))(H(2)O)]·H(2)O, the Cu(II) ion is in a slightly distorted square-pyramidal geometry. Two carboxyl-ate O atoms and one pyridine N atom from a pyridine-2,6-dicarboxyl-ate ligand chelate the Cu(II) ion, forming two stable five-membered metalla rings. One imidazole N atom from a 1-(4-carb-oxy-phen-yl)imidazole ligand and one water mol-ecule...

In the crystal structure of the title compound, [Cu(C(7)H(3)NO(4))(C(5)H(8)N(2))(2)], the Cu(II) cation assumes a distorted trigonal-bipyramidal coordination geometry formed by a pyridine-2,6-dicarboxyl-ate dianion and two 3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazole mol-ecules. N-H⋯O hydrogen bonding is present in the crystal structure.
